Our business as PayDebt is to securely enable individuals and coporates to send debt reminders to their debtors to claim for debts long overdue. While PayDebt Technologies' services are online and free for access by the public, PayDebt prohibits any aspects of harassment direct or indirect in using our platform to claim non-existent debts.

While using our services, the user is called upon to exercise personal integrity before sending debt reminders. PayDebt is meant to remind your debtor to settle their debt or at least get in touch and outline how they intend to settle it. It is prudent that the user only uses the service to claim for debts from their existing debtors on an individual basis or on behalf of their organizations.

PAYDEBT TECHNOLOGIES mandate stops once a debt reminder has been sent to the debtor and shall not be liable for any follow-up activities by involved parties. Once reminded, parties are called upon to establish an engagement and independently determine the best way to proceed. PayDebt shall thus, in no way be party to the consent the parties make after interacting with our platform
